Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges

All Sales are final. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or store credit.  Purchase price does not include shipping charges paid. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Returned item must be in the original condition, in original packaging, and include a copy of the packing slip. All returns must be pre-authorized via email.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and Limba Gal Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please make sure you use a traceable shipping method to ensure it arrives.

Damaged Items
If items arrive damaged or broken we will replace the items, free of charge. If you are requesting an exchange for a different item you will be charged for return shipping and any additional amount if your new item is more than the original piece ordered.
